Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • We value your order and do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

  • Free shipping within South Africa.

  • International client's product will be shipped either via Aramex,Dawn Wing or DHL.

  • International client's please note that you, the buyer, would have to cover 100% your own shipping, customs charges, taxes and duties to your/the chosen destination. We, the seller, are not responsible for international orders shipping, customs charges, taxes and duties.

  • International client's rates for their shipping can only be calculated when client has placed order and we have destination.

  • Please note that international orders can take up to  but not limited to) 4 weeks to arrive after it has been shipped since all all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.

  • Product will only be shipped/couriered when full payment has been received, for international shipping this includes the shipping costs, taxes and duties.

  • Business shipping hours Monday - Friday 9AM - 3PM GMT+2, excluding national holidays.

  • Orders can take up to 2-3 business day to process prior to ship.

  • Items ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • For free shipping in South Africa a minimum order of four thousand rand is required.

  • South African 15%VAT is already included within selling price.

  • If you are not satisfied with the product we will happily refund the product only, the refund excludes any shipping, taxes and duties and the client would have to cover own shipping, taxes and duties for refund.

  • If you would like to return a product, please email us and we will assist you with the return procedure.

  • Return on refund will only be made if the product is in the same condition as when purchased, within a 48 hour period, and we require as proof of damage, and upon confirmation of undamaged returned goods, in the same packaging, including the dust bag and all extras. The refund will go to the card you placed the order under. 

  • We do not provide return shipping label within our packaging as return international shipments are the customers responsibility.

  • When requesting an exchange for a different item than that what is being returned, a shipping charge will be applied to your exchange for the shipment of the new item.

  • If your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping, customs and taxes, duties will not be refunded.

  • Unfortunately international clients would have to cover own shipping, custom charges, taxes and duties to destination.

  • Product will only be shipped/couriered when full payment has been received, for international shipping this includes the shipping costs, taxes and duties.

  • Although we go to every length to ensure speedy and reliable delivery, Aruvali Designs Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any damages incurred during the shipping process or unforeseen delays in shipping.

  • Aruvali is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Aruvali.

  • All sale items, items purchased with a coupon and/or a discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are final sale.

  • One discount code can be used per customer per order.
